You may not operate a snowmobile while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any combination of alcohol and drugs to a degree which makes you incapable of operating your snowmobile safely. By operating a snowmobile in Illinois, you have consented to testing for alcohol or drugs if requested by a law enforcement official.
