Operating on Joint-Use Highways and Streets
On joint-use highways and streets, it is illegal to:
- Operate on the left side of the roadway unless it is a one-way street.
- Ride side-by-side with another snowmobile. Snowmobiles must be operated in single file except when passing another vehicle. To pass another vehicle, you must pass at a safe distance and to the left of the other vehicle.
- Turn to left or right at an intersection, or stop or decrease speed at an intersection, without giving the proper hand signal.
- Disobey any traffic signal or signs unless directed to do so by a peace officer.
